Things to Do
The town is relatively quiet, with two motels, four restaurants, and a fast-food place. Some visitors fish at nearby Minersville Reservoir, once a state park but now a recreation area operated by Beaver County. Desert lovers can explore ghost towns and old mines in the nearby mountains.
The area is rich with historical sites particularly tied to mining. Frisco Ghost Town and Cemetery and Newhouse are located in the west hills. The east hills offer rockhounds of all ages and expertise levels plenty of adventure. Milford is also located in the gateway to Great Basin National Park. See the links for more information.
