Planning and Zoning Permit Applications and Fees
Milford Planning and Zoning Commission meet the 2nd Wednesday of each month. Meetings begin at 7 pm and are held at the Milford City Office located at 405 South Main. If you are coming before the commission, all required documents and/or filing fees must be received by Zoning Administrator no later than the Wednesday prior to the meeting.
Planning and Zoning Permit Applications:
- Annexation - $200.00 + Advertising Costs
- Appeals/Variance - $150.00
- Conditional Use Permit - $250.00
- Conditional Use Permit (Kennel License) - $25.00
- Design Review/Site Plan Review - $100.00
- Lot Line Adjustment - $50.00
- Sign Permit - $30.00
- Temporary Use - $50.00
- Petition to Vacate - $100.00
- Plat Amendment Application - $100.00
- Zoning Amendments (includes maps and ordinances) - $100.00
